All orders are shipped via Auspost and are dispatched within 2-3 working days of purchase. (Unless it is in a busy season/ release of a new collection - where we may take some time to package orders.)
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number. You can track your items via the Auspost website.
We offer a flat rate shipping service of $10 Australia wide. Via Australia Post.
If you choose express shipping it is an extra $10 for postage.
At this stage, Peter Bill is not shipping overseas. However, this is something we will be looking into.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when your order is processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the order once it has been shipped.

Returns and exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: it is the customers responsibility to track their return item.
We will happily offer an exchange, store credit or refund for all FULL PRICE items purchased in our online store that are returned to the store WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. They must be in the original condition, including tags and packaging. (We do not offer returns for Sale items.)
Should you you find a discrepancy with your purchase we will offer a store credit, exchange or refund.
If an item is faulty we will liaise directly with the supplier to determine whether the item is to be repaired, replaced or a credit note/refund is to be issued. All faults need to be reported within 24-48 hours of your order being delivered.
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered. Item/s must be UNWORN, UNUSED with ORIGINAL TAGS, LABELS and PACKAGING INTACT.

Unfortunately Peter Bill does not offer return or exchange on sale items. If a product is deemed faulty by Peter Bill after purchase, we may offer store credit or refund at our discretion.
